The Wilkes Wrestling Club (WWC) was established to provide a quality athletic program that will produce outstanding wrestlers for all of Wilkes County; while also emphasizing sportsmanship, self-discipline, and character development in young athletes.

 

We are submitting this letter to your company as the Wilkes Wrestling Club (WWC) based out of Wilkesboro NC. WWC is seeking sponsorship to assist in costs related to tournaments, uniforms and financial assistance to under privileged youth. Currently, our program sponsors several under privileged children with uniforms, travel, and tournament entry fees.  The uniforms, shoes and equipment cost the club $90 dollars per under privileged child.

 

In addition to the sponsorship of under privileged children we currently run 3 tournaments in Wilkes County.  Each tournament we see 350-450 young wrestlers from around the region.  As you can imagine each tournament takes and a large amount of help to pull off a quality tournament from which each child is ensured a safe environment and the ability to have fun.  In addition to the help there are numerous expenses that we incur such as facilities, referees, supplies, and trophies/medals which cost the club $800.00 alone for each tournament. That is why we are asking for your help in providing this to our youth wrestling club.  We have set the following levels for sponsors.

 

   All-American Sponsor___________________ $1750.00 - and up

   Gold Sponsor__________________________ $750.00 -$1000.00

   Silver Sponsor _________________________ $500.00-$749.00

   Bronze Sponsor ________________________ $250.00 - $499.00

 

All sponsors will be placed on our website with a link to their own respective business website. This link will remain in effect for a full year.  In addition, each company is welcome to display their banners, or pass out promotional literature during our tournaments. WWC will allow only one All-American Sponsor for each year. The added benefit to this sponsor will be the addition of your company Logo to our wrestling singlet. An added benefit this year will go to the 1st Gold Sponsor to commit, that benefit will be the addition of your company Logo to our club T-shirts.
